GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Prices
1.1 – The selling prices indicated on the site are in euros (EUR) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Prices at www.dingdisaster.com are exclusive to online purchases and may differ from our physical store.
The value of the postage is variable and is charged at the end of the order.
1.2 – Ding Disaster reserves the right to change prices, shipping, or other marked values, as well as photos, product descriptions and their nature without prior notice. Ding Disaster will only inform users with orders in progress whose ordered items undergo the changes mentioned. Unless graphical or stockout error, all prices are valid.
2. Shipping / Receiving Orders
2.1 - Shipping orders
a) Once the payments have been confirmed and there is no stockout or anomalous situations attributable to Ding Disaster (weather, strikes, riots, and other disorders), the items are shipped. b) When delivery within these deadlines is not possible, Ding Disaster will contact the customer informing the time for delivery. (c) The delivery times provided are given for guidance only. These can be changed. d) All articles / products marketed by Ding Disaster are covered by a transport insurance from Ding Disaster to the customer.
2.2 - Order Receipt
a) The customer should check the material at unloading and in case of anomaly mention it on the waybill, otherwise the carrier may not want to assume its responsibilities.
b) The delivery will be made by signing the receipt of receipt, by any person who is at the address indicated and who is thereafter responsible for delivery to the Customer.If no one is at the indicated address, the order will be at the CTT station in the above address area for 3 business days, after which it will be returned to Ding Disaster for orders in which the shipping method is CTT Express. For the rest, the articles will return to Ding Disaster.
For orders returned to Ding Disaster, a new delivery will be scheduled, which will be funded by the Customer.
c) In case the delivery is not made because there is no one receiving it, Ding Disaster is not responsible for the postage charges.
3. Orders return
3.1 - Orders return
Ding Disaster advises that under national law and in accordance with Decree-Law No. 143/2001, Article 6, returns may be made in accordance with the following clauses:
3.2.1 – Before returning the item (s) you must contact Ding Disaster in writing (e-mail or registered letter) to acknowledge your intention and wait for an indication of how to proceed.
3.2.2 – The order must be sent to the address of Ding Disaster or to whom / where we designate for this purpose, and the expenses arising from the transport are at your own expense and under no circumstances may charges be charged to Ding Disaster.
3.2.3 – This item (s) / product (s) must be in the same condition upon delivery (sale) and will be verified by our company for the purpose of attesting.
3.2.4 – Returns of articles / products are not accepted:
a) surfboards;
b) Situations where the customer is informed in advance by Ding Disaster of the impossibility of return;
3.2.5 – Ding Disaster reserves the right not to return cash, but to grant a credit equal to the amount paid.
4 - Gift vouchers or discounts and promotions
Discount coupons, offers and promotions are not cumulative with each other or with other promotions and are valid exclusively for the products to which they refer, unless otherwise stated.
5 - Product Descriptions & Notes
5.1 – The images displayed on the site www.dingdisaster.com are merely representative and may not correspond fully to the product presented. Therefore, they do not represent a contractual guarantee, and in case of doubt the Customer should consult Ding Disaster prior to the purchase process. Do not dispense with careful reading of the respective description (product / article). Any errors or omissions in the product descriptions are safeguarded.
